A classic flat bench is one of the essential pieces of equipment for every kind of gym: home gym, professional gym, or personal studio.

A good quality bench can add so many options to your training regimen: bench press, chest fly, chest press, dips, step-ups ...).

Based on the wishes of our customers we've adapted our classic Royal Flat Bench for outdoor use. We've added a layer of zinc coating to the steel frame and used material appropriate for outdoor seating for the upholstery.
