Anyone who sets a goal to increase pectoral muscle mass, immediately thinks of bench press exercises. But in the long run, bench exercises alone will not pay off, rather the opposite. What applies to other muscle groups also applies to the pectoral muscles. They need to be built with a wide variety of exercises, at different angles and with a variety of tools. Thus with some exercises a larger set of muscles can be worked on, and with others, only a specific muscle is targeted. The latter also applies to exercises on the Mighty Lat Pull Down Crossover, which is designed to define individual muscles. Of course, it is basically a multifunctional and flexible device, on which we can train the whole body, as the handles are movable.
