Well, we must also point out that not all training bands are the same, so the result will not be comparable either. So what kind of bands should you look for? The material must be thicker and more durable so that the band does not move around the thigh muscles. The band will benefit your booty the most: if the thigh muscles often play a major role in squats or lunges, you will not be able to “cheat” by using a training band.
