Refunds

GENERAL

If you are not satisfied with the KingsBox product you have purchased, you can return it within 30 calendar days without giving any reasons for your decision. The deadline starts 1 day after you received the items. The return will be considered on time if it will be sent back within the time limit set for contract withdrawal. No refund is possible if the product is custom-made and consequently unsuitable for resale.

You must return the product or products in their original packaging and undamaged. You may not use the product or products undisturbed until they have been returned, but you may, of course, inspect and test the items to the extent strictly necessary to determine the actual situation. Any testing of the products which deviates from the above shall be deemed to be use of the products, which means that you shall forfeit your right to return the products.

You are responsible for the return of the products.

If you have used a discount code or promotional code to purchase the product(s) you wish to return, these funds are non-refundable.

We will refund your purchase price within 7 working days after we have inspected the returned product and checked its condition.

Please also fill in the product return form, which will be received automatically by our returns department, and alert the receiving department of the incoming package.

RETURN PROCEDURE

We want the return process to go smoothly, so we kindly ask you to handle your parcel with care from the moment you receive it. Please follow the instructions below to make the return process as smooth as possible:

1. Upon receipt of the product, open the packaging carefully and do not throw it away immediately. Keep it until you are sure that the product you have chosen is suitable.

2. Before using the product for the first time, please consult the instructions on how to use or handle the product, as improper use may damage the product and you may lose the possibility of returning the product.

3. Make sure that there are no visible signs of first use (scratches, dirt, stains, hair, etc.) as these will prevent you from returning the product.

4. If you are not satisfied with the product, protect it, repackage it and fill in the product return form. Our Returns Service will receive the form automatically and will send you an email within 24 hours, together with further instructions.

5. Send the product you wish to return by the delivery service of your choice to our address: KingsBox d.o.o., Partizanska cesta 129, Sezana, Slovenia (info@kingsbox.com).

Even if we do our best to carefully select, pack and ship products, errors or problems may occur.

If, when you receive your order, you notice that you have received the wrong product, that anything is missing or that the goods you have received are damaged, you have 30 calendar days to notify us of the complaint.

Please select the type of error that corresponds to your case and answer the questions in the form. Our complaints service will receive the form automatically and provide you with a solution within a maximum of five working days.

Products Under Warranty

GENERAL

Kingsbox warrants to the purchaser that the product will be free from defects in material, workmanship or functionality for the period as stated on the website for each product from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the product.

Products not manufactured by Kingsbox d.o.o. under the KingsBox brand are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.

Kingsbox d.o.o. warrants against defects in materials, workmanship and functionality of these products for a specified period of time for each product from the date of purchase.

If the product breaks while it is still under warranty, please fill in the product under warranty defect form, which will be received automatically by our claims department, and we will provide you with a solution within a maximum of five working days.

WHEN THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY

The warranty is not valid in the following cases:

- The warranty does not apply in case of negligent or incorrect use, modification, improper storage or improper handling of the product. Specific problems experienced by customers with Kingsbox products will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis,

- the anti-bending guarantee does not apply in case of negligent or incorrect use, modifications, improper storage or improper handling of the product. Negligent or improper use includes improper lowering of the rod (e.g. lowering the rod on an uneven surface, depositing the rod on screws, lowering with improper or damaged reels, lowering with steel reels, lowering on asphalt or similar surfaces and similar improper uses). Specific problems experienced by customers with Kingsbox products will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis,

- the guarantee does not apply to goods that were purchased as used. Specific problems experienced by customers with used Kingsbox products will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
