DISTRIBUTED SHIPPING

In the checkout page you can choose to ship your order in one shipment, this means that we will ship all the equipment together when we get all the products in stock, or you can choose to ship your order in multiple shipments based on the stock delivery. This means that we will ship your order in multiple shipments. For example, you bought a barbell that is in stock, a 5 kg bumper plate that will be in stock on 1.1 and a speed rope that will be in stock on 10.1. We will ship you the barbell the next day, the 5kg bumper plate on 2.1, and the speed rope on 11.1. If you choose to ship all the products in one shipment the shipping costs will be lower, because the shipping company will offer a volume discount.

SHIPPING TIME

The goods will be shipped to the customer in the shortest possible time, usually the goods are shipped to the customer in 4-10 working days from the confirmation of the order (unless otherwise specified). In time of national and collective holidays of our delivery partners, the shipping time might extend. The delivery can be delayed, for more information, please contact our customer support.

DELIVERY METHOD

Delivery is made within 4 - 7 days of shipment. The package will be delivered to the address you provided when ordering by land.

Personal pickup is possible at the address Partizanska 129, 6210 Sežana, Slovenia.

COSTS

Shipping is FREE for orders over 5990€ (VAT included) for shipping to Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Check Republic, Slovakia, Benelux, Sweden, Portugal, and Spain. Other countries are not specified. The costs are calculated based on the weight of the package. This free shipping promotion is valid for online purchases only. The Rubber Flooring, Assault, Concept 2, and Spirit products are excluded from the promotion.

COURIER

Shipments are carried out by BRT, DHL, DPD, DSV, Gebruder Weiss, UPS or in some cases by private couriers.

RECEIVING AN EMAIL

If your purchase is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email with a list of products ordered, the price and shipping address.

LOST PACKAGE

If you do not receive the goods within one week of your shipping confirmation email, please notify our customer service by email or by calling the number.

WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS LOCATED

Once the shipment has left, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which will keep you informed about the status of the shipment.

KingsBox will in no case be liable for any in-conventional events, due to long delivery times or failure to deliver items that are indicated as not immediately available.

PLEASE BE AWARE

Delivery to the door (to higher floors) must be agreed in advance, an additional cost determined by the delivery service should be payed upfront.

The vehicles of the delivery services do not always have a ramp to assist you in unloading your ordered equipment. You may need to unload the pallet (s) by hand from the truck. In case you refuse to do so and refuse the goods, you are not entitled to a full purchase cost reimbursement but only a refund for the equipment purchased.

You will have to pay the shipping costs both ways. In case of advance arrangement and additional payment we can provide a transport vehicle with a ramp.

Before signing the receipt of receiving our order to the delivery company, please check whether the number of packages indicated on the tracking number matches the actual number of delivered packages. Once the receipt is signed, the delivery company will not accept the complaint.
