GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Warranties on products not manufactured by Kingsbox d.o.o. will be observed in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. Additional warranty information can be found on the product page of the website.

Kingsbox d.o.o. warrants to the original user that the Kingsbox d.o.o. product will be free in material workmanship or defects for a period as specified below from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted on the product.

BUMPER PLATES

1 year warranty on 10kg, 15kg, 20kg and 25kg weights

6 months warranty on 5kg weights

NOTES

The warranty is valid only if the weights have been used on a special platform for lifting weights or on a 15 mm or more thick rubber base.

The warranty is not valid if weights weighing 5 kg have been lowered from a height.

Color fading is a normal occurrence in this type of product and is not covered by the warranty.

TECHNICAL PLATES AND MICRO WEIGHTS

6 months warranty on OVERSIZE TECHNICAL PLATES and KINGSBOX HARD CORE BUMPERS

1 year warranty on ROYAL RUBBER MICRO LOADS

1 year warranty on KINGSBOX STEEL MICRO LOADS (paint can be damaged if the weights are scratched or loaded onto the bar)

NOTES

The warranty is valid only if the weights have been used on a special platform for lifting weights or on a 15 mm or more thick rubber base.

The guarantee is not valid if technical and micro weights have been lowered from a height.

Color fading is a normal occurrence in this type of product and is not covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not cover the peeling of the top coat of paint from the Kingsbox Steel Micro Loads.

OLYMPIC BARBELLS

1 year warranty on Cerakote, Kings bar II., Queens bar, Prince bar and Ez Curl bar/angled barbell

The rust warranty does not cover rust caused by scratched and/or indented and/or worn parts and/or parts that need to be repaired.

The rust warranty expires in the event of evidence of external use and/or storage of parts that have not been protected outdoors, scratches and/or dents resulting from blows, or surface damage resulting from the use of inappropriate and aggressive cleaning agents and/or cleaning agents (e.g. steel brushes and the like).

The warranty does not apply if the barbells have not been properly maintained (e.g. cleaning of magnesium residues, lubrication and cleaning of bearings, etc.).

The warranty does not cover damage to special barbells caused by lowering from a height to the ground.

COLLARS

3 months warranty on SPRING COLLARS, LOCK JAW COLLARS, LOCK ALUMINUM JAW, COMPETITION COLLARS, ROUND JAW COLLARS and IRON LOCK JAW. 1 year pn KINGSBOX MAGNETIC LOCK JAW COLLARS.

NOTES

The warranty does not apply if improper use and improper storage of the product are evident.

DUMBBELLS, KETTLES, CLUBBELLS, HAMMERS

1 year warranty

NOTES

The warranty does not apply if improper use and improper storage of the product are evident.

The warranty is not valid in the case of lowering handles, kettlebell weights, clubbell weights and hammers on the floor.

The warranty does not cover rust caused by scratches and dents due to improper use.

SAND BAGS

1 year warranty

NOTES

The warranty does not apply in the event of a slight sand leak as this is normal for such products.

The warranty does not apply in the event of usage of the product on concrete floors and in the event of obvious signs of impact damage.

ATLAS MARBLE STONE

1 year

NOTES

The warranty does not apply in the event of usage of the product on concrete floors and in the event of obvious signs of impact damage.

WALL BALLS

1 year warranty

NOTES

The warranty does not apply if the product has been thrown to the ground.

The warranty does not apply if the product has been used on concrete floors.

After prolonged use the product may change its shape and/or lose its roundness and balance, which is normal and is not covered by the warranty.

SLAM BALLS

6 months

NOTES

The warranty does not apply if the product has been used on concrete floors.

After prolonged use the product may change its shape and/or lose its roundness and balance. This is normal for such a product and is not covered by the warranty.

Leakage of air from the valve is considered normal and is not covered by the warranty.

CLIMBING ROPES

1 year warranty

NOTES

The warranty does not apply in the case of outdoor usage and storage of the ropes.

Due to the natural material, threads can form on the ropes in the first weeks of use. This is normal and is not covered by the warranty.

WEIGHT VESTS AND WEIGHTS FOR VESTS

1 year warranty

BELTS, BANDAGES, WRIST GUARDS, ANKLE GUARDS, KNEE GUARDS, ELBOW GUARDS, STRAPS FOR PALM PROTECTION AND LEATHER, PVC, POLYPROPYLENE AND NEOPRENE GLOVES

ELASTIC BANDS AND LOOPS

NOTES

Color fading is a normal occurrence due to the passage of time and is not covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not apply in the event of long-term exposure of the product to sunlight.

The warranty does not apply if the product has been used on sharp edges.

STEEL/SCREW PRODUCTS (freestanding and wall structures, stands)

Limited lifetime warranty on structural steel parts.

2 years on steel, galvanized parts intended for outdoor use. Warranty covers the occurrence of rust and damage to rust-related structures.

2 years on steel parts intended for indoor use. Warranty covers the occurrence of rust and damage to rust-related structures.

2 years for all other components such as hardware, pillows, etc.

NOTES

The limited lifetime warranty only covers defects of structural steel parts and/or fractures of structural welds. The lifetime warranty expires when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in materials or production. Kingsbox d.o.o. will warranty this product from defects in material, functionality and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. "Lifetime" warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product for so long as the original purchaser owns the product, and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply to barbells that need maintenance.

The rust warranty does not cover rust caused by scratched and/or indented and/or worn parts and/or parts that need to be repaired.

The rust warranty expires in the event of evidence of external use and/or storage of parts that have not been protected outdoors, scratches and/or dents resulting from blows, or surface damage resulting from the use of inappropriate and aggressive cleaning agents and/or cleaning agents (e.g. steel brushes and the like).

The rust warranty does not cover rust that occurs on the inner surfaces of steel pipes, as well as rust on the edges of holes that emerge during laser cutting.

Any steel bars/parts that users must grasp may cause the paint or grip to fade, which is considered normal and is not covered by the warranty.

Equipment storage racks may bend slightly due to prolonged use. The greater the weight of the stored products, the faster the bending can occur. This is considered normal and is not covered by the warranty.

KINGSBOX SHIELD AND OTHER FOAM FLOORS FOR WEIGHT LANDINGS

1 year warranty

NOTES

The warranty does not apply in the event of usage of the products on concrete floors and/or outdoor use and storage and/or if signs of falls of sharp objects and/or signs of falls of unsuitable weights (such as standard non-rubbered weighted plates) are present.

TIMERS AND OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES

1year warranty

NOTES

The warranty does not apply in the event of usage of inappropriate voltage and/or if evidence of exposure of the devices to external factors (e.g. sunlight, water, moisture) is present.

RUBBER FLOORING (INSTRUCTIONS FOR LAYING RUBBER MUST URGENTLY BE INCLUDED IN ALL SHIPMENTS)

1 year warranty

NOTES

Scraping and fading of the rubber floor and fading of the tatami puzzle are considered normal and are not covered by the warranty.

Rubber is a material that is subject to resizing due to its natural properties and weather, environmental and temperature changes. It may therefore become thinner or thicker and/or shortened or lengthened during its usage. This is considered normal and is not covered by the warranty.

Carefully read the instructions for installation and maintenance of rubber floors and tatami puzzles. The warranty does not apply in case of improper installation and/or maintenance.

The warranty does not apply in the event of exposure of rubber floors and tatami puzzles to direct sunlight.

The warranty does not apply if aggressive cleaning fluids such as chlorine, acetone or similar chemical agents have been used on the products.

WEIGHT LIFTING PLATFORMS

1 year warranty

NOTES

Scraping and fading of the rubber platform are considered normal and are not covered by the warranty.

The rubberized part of the platform may change its shape and size due to the properties of the rubber, which is not covered by the warranty.

Although the wooden part of the platform is made of high-resistance wood, the use of benches or stands on it can cause scratches or dents, which are not covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage to the steel profiles of the platform caused by falling weight bars or other hard products.

EXERCISE MATS

6 months warranty

NOTES

The warranty does not apply in the event of usage of the product on concrete floors and in the event of obvious signs of impact damage.

INFLATABLE PRODUCTS

6 months warranty

WOODEN PRODUCTS

1 year warranty

NOTES

The warranty does not apply if the product has been used on concrete floors.

The warranty does not apply in the event of usage or storage of the product outdoors and/or prolonged exposure to sunlight and/or liquid spillage.

Wood scratches and/or peeling and/or shredding are considered normal and are not covered by the warranty.

PRODUCTS COATED WITH URETHANE, RUBBER, NEOPRENE, TPR OR VINYL

1 year warranty

NOTES

The warranty does not apply if the product has been used on an unsuitable surface.

Peeling of the coating is considered normal and is not covered by the warranty.

Rubber, TPR, neoprene and vinyl products may have a slight odor, especially if they are brand new. The odor is considered a normal feature of such products and is not considered a valid warranty claim.

BAGS, BACKPACKS AND SIMILAR CARRIER PRODUCTS

3 months warranty

NOTES

The warranty does not apply if there is evidence of overloading.

CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES AND EQUIPMENT

15 days warranty

NOTES

The warranty is valid only in the event of obvious manufacturing defects that appear within 15 days of use.

The warranty does not apply in the event of improper use and/or washing and/or handling of the product.

THE PART OF THE PRODUCT THAT IS EXPOSED TO EARLY WEAR SUCH AS CABLES, ROPES, HANDLES, MOVABLE WHEELS, PADS, ETC.

3 months warranty

PRODUCTS THAT MUST BE ATTACHED TO A WALL, CEILING OR FLOOR (SCREWED)

NOTES

The warranty does not apply in the event of damage caused by screwing products into the wall, floor or ceiling.

Although the company Kingsbox d.o.o. can provide the screws needed to attach the products to the wall, floor or ceiling, it does not cover damage that may occur during the installation of these products.

ALL SPARE PARTS OR REPAIRS OF THE PRODUCT

NOTES

The company Kingsbox d.o.o. guarantees that its spare parts or product repair services comply with the same warranty rules set out for the product for which the spare parts or repair services are intended. The warranty for repaired products is therefore only extended for spare parts used to repair the product.

ASSAULT, CONCEPT 2, SPIRIT/DYECO*

In case you wish to claim the warranty on Spirit, Assault and Concept 2 products, please contact their representatives directly and they will take over further communication regarding the warranty.

CERTAIN PERIOD *

Kingsbox d.o.o. offers warranty for mechanical defects in material, workmanship and functionality of these products, of each individual product for a specified period, from the date of purchase.The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product for so long as the original purchaser owns the product, and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply to barbells that need maintenance.

* Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues regarding a Kingsbox d.o.o. product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

** Warranty against bending does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces, and similar usage). Any specific issues regarding a Kingsbox d.o.o. product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We have found that most problems with bars we replace are related to abusive use rather than manufacturing or materials issues.

WARRANTY ON USED PRODUCTS

The warranty does not apply to used products. The specific difficulties of the purchaser with the products of the company Kingsbox d.o.o. will be treated individually, case by case.
