A 12,5 cm diameter ball is a great tool to relieve tension in the muscles. It is larger than the lacrosse ball, therefore it covers larger surfaces, but still remains smaller than a foam roller, and can therefore be used in areas of the body that the roller can’t reach.

The ball is made of quality EVA foam.
