KingsBox Multi Grip Bar is an improvement of all Swiss bars. The KingsBox version has single angled profiles, so it can be used on both sides. The bar is compatible with all Olympic racks and discs.This product is used to reduce pressure on the wrists and shoulders during push-press movements or workouts that include triceps. Athletes can experiment with different grips and develop dynamic weightlifting programs.The Swiss Bar is 2100 mm long with six cross bars of which two by two at the same angle. The bars are welded at different distances, giving the athletes the possibility of three different grips to train different muscle groups. The Swiss Bar can also be turned 180 degrees to reverse the angle of the handles.
