The Mighty Angel Arms 3.0 are durable steel safety arms designed to provide reliable protection during training. They are compatible with all rigs and racks from the Mighty Series.

Their main purpose is to increase safety when performing barbell exercises, especially when training without a spotter. They are commonly used for bench presses, squats, and other barbell lifts, both in home gyms and professional training facilities.

In this updated 3.0 version, we replaced the standard removable pin with a spring pin. This solution is particularly useful in busy commercial gyms where pins are often lost. With the spring pin design, the pin remains attached to the arm at all times, allowing faster setup and preventing missing parts.

The top surface is lined with rubber to protect the barbell from damage and reduce noise when the bar is dropped.
