The KingsBox Strong Man Log is made of steel and will allow you to perform all the various strongman exercises. The neutral grip will allow you to lift heavy loads while keeping the pressure on the joints to a minimum. This product has been specially designed for lifting heavy loads. It can be loaded with the Olympic discs with a 50 mm diameter hole.
