This structure is similar to other squat structures, but is attached to a wall for added stability. It is also similar to classic wall racks, but it is narrower (30 or 50 cm away from the wall) and lower, so it is suitable for any space.
It is primarily intended for putting down the Olympic barbell, but we have also added a pull-up bar, on which you can perform pull-up exercises with adjustments, or use the bar for exercises with an elastic training band.
While this station is designed for home gyms with a lack of space, many of them can be stacked against a wall in a larger training area, thus creating a corner for powerlifting or olympic weightlifting.
