For a good training we often don’t need complicated (and expensive) machines, sometimes a simple wooden box is enough. It’s a great piece of equipment, with which athletes can perform many exercises for strength and endurance. Many people might think that a plyo box is only suitable for jumps, but this is not entirely true. We can perform also a Bulgarian split squat, a heavier version of “knee touches”, push-ups… We can also add a bunch of interesting additional exercises to the usual jumps, so the training will never be boring.
