This belt is primarily intended to be used with our Mighty SPS Rack (LINK), but it can also be used as a standalone, while simply attaching the weight carrier with a chain to it.

The belt has several advantages: it is comfortable and does not cut/rub into the skin even with greater loads, it is recommended for anyone with back pain, as the belt does not stress the back like the barbell. With its help you can focus more on the leg muscles, rather than other body muscles.
