If you are not satisfied with your Kingsbox product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery without giving a specific reason for return. We will reimburse you for the total value of the goods purchased (excluding shipping costs). The costs for the return delivery will be billed to the customer.
The right to withdraw from the sales contract (which is in effect when the invoice is issued) is denied if the products that the customer wants to return are custom made for the customer according to their precise specifications (dimensions, color, etc.) and/or have been adapted to his personal needs and therefore exclude further placing on the market.
If upon receipt of the order you notice that anything is missing or the goods are damaged, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
HOW CAN I RETURN THE PACKAGE?
The customer must return the goods to the seller undamaged and in the same quantity as received (except if the product was damaged, destroyed, lost, or parts were lost on delivery). This means that the customer must not use the product freely in the period before the cancellation of the sales contract.
The customer has the right to test the goods within the limits necessary for an objective evaluation of the product. Any use of products that deviate from the aforementioned is considered to be the actual use of the product and leads to a loss of the customer's right to cancel the contract.
In the event of a cancellation of a sales contract in where discount coupons or promotional codes were used, these must be regarded as discounts and will therefore not be returned to the customer.
