Regardless of the level of fitness of the athletes, it can be said that climbing skills can be less developed, since most of the daily movements (also in training) are carried out with both feet on the ground. This is a real shame, since climbing greatly enhances the traction technique. Climbing offers many advantages: the simultaneous work of larger muscle groups, less stress on the tendons of the hands and fingers, less technical knowledge is needed and the effects on the physical level are practically immediate. Our climbing net is made of durable polyester and goes attached to the rig. The upper part is mounted on the pull-up bar, while at the sides it’s attached on the pillars with screws.
