The KingsBox Adjustable Bar Handles with ergonomically designed grips provide optimal conditions for a range of different exercises. The attachment can be attached directly to a multifunction cable device in (home) fitness or connected to a KingsBox Adjustable Lat Destroyer, to adjust the width of the grip, or Row Handle. The attachment offers two types of grips: over grip or under grip, meaning that with a different grip one can activate different muscle groups.
