Kings Plyo Box has been created for plyometric workouts, which are one of the main parts of any good functional workout. We have designed it based on the principle of 3 in 1, which allows you to make jumps in 3 different heights (50 cm, 60 cm and 75 cm). The Box is built with high quality wood with a thickness of 20 mm. To further strengthen it, we have inserted a wooden cross inside the box which gives further support to the structure.
