Here we are! Like every year it’s time for the Reebok Crossfit Games. The event this year will take place in two stages as part of a hybrid model.
The first stage is a 2-day online qualification (athletes compete remotely in their home countries) to determine the first 5 men and 5 women who will compete in the second stage.
The second stage (the finals), will be a live competition in Aromas, California, in the legendary Ranch of Dave Castro, where they will be crowned the man and the woman in shape on earth who can boast the title of “The Fittest on earth”.
There will be no real live streaming of the event as qualifying workouts will be recorded and sent to Crossfit HQ for review.
Crossfit HQ will do a live show in the studio when the results of all athletes arrive.

From the 6th to the 20th place for male and female divisions will be given as much as $500,000
There will be $1.3 million available to participants in the finals.
The fittest man and woman on earth will each secure a $300,000 prize.
The final stages of the Reebok Crossfit® Games 2020 are currently scheduled from October 19 to 25.
The events will be divided into 2 days and 4 parts from Friday, September 18 to Saturday, September 19. Here are the events released by Crossfit HQ.

21 thrusters
21 chest-to-bar pull-ups
W 85 lb. M 115 lb.
Athletes establish a 1-rep-max front squat.
Time cap: 20 minutes
3 rounds:
15 deadlifts
15 strict deficit handstand push-ups
W 205 lb., 2-in. deficit
M 315 lb., 3.5-in. deficit
Row 1,000 metres
5 rounds:
500-m run
15 overhead squats
15 bar-facing burpees
W 125 lb. M 185 lb.
Max freestanding handstand hold.
Time cap: 20 minutes
The 2020 Crossfit Games are held in a climate of uncertainty, which does not allow you to fully enjoy the show to which we are accustomed. Nonetheless, we will all participate with the same positivity that has always contradicted us and we will cheer for our champions.
